Job Summary
Responsibilities/Key Performance Areas:
Analyze the Business Information requirements to determine systems requirements.
Assess the use and utilization of current systems and identify shortcomings.
Evaluate possible applications solutions to determine suitability and fit in current systems environment.
Create business and functional specifications.
Implement and configure application solutions (in-house developed or application packages).
Lead and manage application projects from inception to completion ensuring that delivery meets specifications, architectural standards and project plan.
Develop and maintain system and business process documentation.
Together with Operations participate in the roll out of new projects.
Core Competencies
Interact with Managers, Business and Process Owners across Manufacturing and Distribution facilities whilst improving their efficiencies and performances.
Oracle EBS R12 implementation and support experience.
Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical or FMCG business environment and business process.
System design experience.
Experience and interest across the following business processes:
Inventory Management
Product Costing
Supply Chain Planning
Forecasting
Procurement
Process and Discrete Manufacturing
Bill of Materials
Inventory Optimization
Warehouse Management
Exposure to Manufacturing environment
Ability to work in a team
Ability to conduct training sessions

Requirements and Qualifications
10+ years Business/System analysis experience
BEng (Ind) degree
