Office Administrator
MUST Reside in the Northern Suburbs
Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- 2 years similar experience
- MUST HAVE worked in an ICT or Office Automation or IT Software Company in an ADMINISTRATORS/HELPDESK SUPPORT Role
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Strong Admin
- Microsoft products: Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, Windows OS
• Good knowledge of Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Network copiers
Duties:
• Call logging process on (Auto Task)
• Distribute tickets to engineers and technicians.
• Assist with fieldwork as requested by engineers.
• Maintains log of all worked preformed and processed
• Manage client retainer and tickets
• Validations of engineer travel claims
• Prepare quotes for technical
• Keep record of project hours
