DUTIES:
Interact with end-users to provide daily support for voice and Windows server infrastructure
Perform daily checks across all platforms using monitoring solutions and escalate issues
Develop, support and configure the Omni channel product / solutions
Identify any risks and / or concerns with regards to the application layer
Active involvement in BCP / DR testing, including reporting
Liaise with staff globally and form strong working relationships
Gather business requirements when on / off-boarding and / or change requests
Document newly learned processes to build Internal knowledge base
Work on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
Maintain JIRA ticket queries
REQUIREMENTS:
Front-end developed / programmer
Experienced with AWS, Python, CSS, Freshdesk / FreshWorks
ITIL Service Manager experience
Knowledge of Amazon Connect
Understand Agile methodologies
Experience of IS 27001 processes
MS PowerAutomate / Forms
Strong scripting in HTML & JavaScript
Understand database structures
AWS Connect & EC2 experience (advantageous)
HOURS:
Rotational shifts –includes night shift
