Job Purpose To partner with Management in business sale support, ensuring the productivity of growth in sales target deliverables is achieved with a high level of urgency by keeping our company competitive and innovative within the market
Key Performance Areas:
Managing organizational sales by developing a business sales plan within the Northwest Province
Meeting planned sales targets within Businesses and other Client bases
Tracking and achieving sales goals, reporting results weekly and as required
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales teams
Developing sales team through motivation and product knowledge education
Promoting the organization and products to all relevant Stakeholders and maintaining relationship
Understanding customers and how they relate to our products
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics for activations
Establishing Business networks
Initiate and drive sales for the company's products and solutions to achieve sales target and revenue goals
Cooperating with Internal Teams to carry out effective sales planning, marketing,
Manage sales team to be professional and improve their capabilities by training to deliver right service and effective sales to customers
Perform ad-hoc duties within the ambit of the job
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/ Marketing or related equivalent qualification.
3years+ Experience in the field of Sales.
Previous experience within the Telecommunication field will be an advantage
Experience with great customer service, negotiation, and planning skills.
Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Ability to travel to reach the set targets and growth of business sales
