The Responsibilities - To provide IT support to the Southern Africa region by installing, maintaining and replacing hardware, software, servers and networking. - Assist with the Springer Nature global tickets. - Maintain and resolve tickets logged on the Support Desk system. - Maintain assets and stock management systems and procedures. - Server maintenance and support. - Syspro ERP system maintenance and support. - Communicate with the users, external consultants, service providers and suppliers. - Must maintain professionalism at all times.
The Requirements - Matric. - Diploma/Degree in IT and or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. - 5 years’ experience in the IT environment. - Ability to multi-task. - Must be able to work under pressure.
