ESSENTIAL SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
Sound knowledge in UI / UX and familiar with user centered design approach.
Fit-for-business-purpose mind-set i.e., the solutions provided must meet the business goals.
Excellent communication skills and team-oriented work behaviour in a distributed team.
Strong ability to understand and interpret Business needs and requirements with the ability to move concepts through to proposal and finally successful implementation.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues / users.
Proficient in conducting user research in foreign markets i.e., language barriers may exist.
Relevant IT Degree / Diploma / equivalent work Experience.
3+ years’ experience as a UX/UI designer.
At least 2 years' worth of experience using design software such as Figma, Sketch, In Vision, Axure and Adobe CC Suite.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to refinement of user stories (the user stories at the beginning of a design / development sprint), e.g., develop wireframes or other UI / UX input.
Conduct user interviews to gain a better understanding of their preferences, thoughts and feelings.
Clarify open points possibly making proposals and/or developing a prototype for further discussion and user testing.
Develop the frontend part of user stories, suitable for the different devices that must be supported.
Contribute to the development of a consistent experience and brand shaping look and feel.
Take part in regular Scrum meetings via Teams. Daily, Planning, Estimation, Refinement, Review, Retro.
Liaise with stakeholders and team members.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are practical.
