Job Summary
Technical Team Lead is responsible for leading the team and activities associated with the deployment code fix and support of applications on both front-end back end in a CIB space.Qualifications and Experience
- College or University degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- Azure compliance AZ-104 preferred
- A minimum of 5 years or more Experience in the Financial Industry is non-negotiable
- Vendor engagements
- Understanding of SQL and be able to read and update XML file
Duties
- Leading the team and activities associated with the deployment of code fix and support of applications on both front-end back end in a CIB space.
- Standardization and optimization of technological infrastructures and systems to support operations
- Direction and organization of IT Projects (Identification, prioritization, execution, and delivery)
- Running daily meetings with the Prod team and Business for Progress on Production Issues
- Assigning resources to relevant Projects when needed
- Scheduling and attending monthly progress meeting with Management (Internal and External) for Team Progress and SLA in issues logged by the bank
