Management and maintenance of all Server systems, Virtual Platforms, and cloud services in use.
Support Mimecast across multiple domains, which involved, troubleshooting mail flow implementing and reviewing policies in line with best practice.
Expert/advanced level 3rd Line support to Server Operating systems server 2008/2012/2016/2019 in an enterprise level.
Analysing incidents or requests and handling escalations of unresolved complex issues.
Implement projects in accordance with agreed policies, and procedures and ensure that all project deadlines are met.
Provide input to Architects on new designs.
Analyse vulnerability reports and address vulnerabilities found on server platforms in the agreed
timelines
Manage, CA Servers and install public and local certificates on a variety of servers and systems every year
Understand and manage sFTP platforms
Develop and use scripts and commands, PowerShell to automate tasks and to change settings in bulk
Ensure systems are set up as per industry best practice
Ensure successful integration of different systems.
Manage and administer complex enterprise-level network servers and storage systems
Coordinate the troubleshooting and the support calls with external providers
Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation for required systems
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for relevant servers and systems
Work with a change control policy on any changes
Make recommendations to the Management for improving systems and processes
Stay abreast of the latest technology and work with Senior Manager on potential upgrades
Execute duties in accordance with ITIL framework guidelines
Qualifications
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is advantageous.
Project Management qualification advantageous.
Must have an Infrastructure Operations background or understanding of Infrastructure.
MCP, MCSE, and MCITP or other related certificates
Enterprise server and storage hardware and software
Exchange 2010/2016 Certification

Experience
4-6 years in senior/advanced server engineer role working in a multi-domain enterprise-level environment
2-4 years project implementation role at the enterprise-level environment
