We are looking to appoint a Business/Solutions Architect to lead and support several of our teams and clients. We are looking for somebody who will be responsible for Business Solution Refinement and the implementation of these concepts, designing and optimizing business and operational processes, client and provider journeys and to collaborate with Peer Architects in other business areas to ensure proper solution integration.
Part of this, includes Technical Solution Architecture. This would require you to understand and draft where appropriate, solutions architecture between business and technical implementations.
The role requires a proven background in team building and team leadership as well as a proven track record of technical leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes, and within a demanding client centric environment.
Have necessary hard and soft skills that are required to overcome the traditional barriers between software development, testing and operations teams.
Must be a clear methodical thinker with good problem-solving skills.
Able to perform under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
Self-managing and takes the initiative to resolve issues.
