Job Summary
The role will involve installing, testing, tuning, optimising, diagnosing problems, repairing, upgrading and maintaining both externally and internally supplied hardware and system software.The individual will be responsible for high level troubleshooting and system security and ensuring repairs are undertaken in accordance with organisational policies and standards and be required to prepare progress reports for all work performed.

- MS-500 MS 365 Security Admin certificate
- MS-100 MS 365 Identity and Services certificate
- MS-101 MS 365 Mobility and Security certificate
6-8 years of experience working on:
- Windows Server and Workstation
- MS Active Directory
- Exchange
- MS 365 Tenants, AD Connect and AD Sync
- Azure VM's
- Mail Content Filtering
- Mail Flow
- Backup / Restore
- Antivirus / Endpoint Protection
- Ethernet Networking
- Firewall
- Server Virtualisation
