Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:- Essential: Postgraduate Diploma/Honours Degree in Information Technology.
- Advantageous: Certification in CISM, CCNA and CISSP.
- At least 7 years’ experience in:
- Network Management
- At least 3 years’ experience in:
- ICT Governance;
- Security Networks (Routers / Switches, Firewalls);
- LAN/WAN; and
- ICT Helpdesk Support.
- Knowledge of:
- Cloud Infrastructure;
- Routers, Switches, Firewalls;
- LAN/WAN;
- Domain Controller;
- Servers (Linux and Windows);
- Generators, Data Centre Maintenance, UPS; and
- Data Backup and Resore.
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing the IT infrastructure and updating the end-user machines and all servers.
- Managing the CMS backup solution and implementing and maintaining CMS firewalls to prevent access violation.
- Designing and maintaining IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan.
- Responsible to control and maintain the user access system.
