Job Summary
Job & Company Description:This position is ideally suited to an engineer with extensive experience in product validation, certification, and compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring high-power electronic products meet international standards while supporting development activities from requirements capture through production release. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering safe, reliable, and compliant solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate high-power electronic products.
- Lead compliance, certification, and homologation activities.
- Perform EMC, thermal, electrical, environmental, and reliability testing.
- Create requirements traceability matrices and validation documentation.
- Support hardware development and system integration activities.
- Ensure adherence to automotive and industrial standards throughout development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and compliance-related challenges.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or Electronic Engineering
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in the development and commercialization of advanced power electronic products.
- Demonstrated expertise in high-power switch-mode power supplies, DC/DC conversion systems, and inverter technologies operating above 10kW.
- Proven ability to lead products through all phases of development, including requirements definition, design, validation, certification, homologation, and production release.
- Strong technical foundation in power conversion, control systems engineering, thermal management, magnetic component design, and high-power PCB implementation.
