Well Established Company is looking for a Warehouse Admin Clerk with 2-3 years’ experience in a Similar role.
Matric and relevant Certificate in warehousing
2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Key Performance Areas
Ensure all receipts from production is checked for accuracy and processed accurately
Ensure the customer returns are checked for accuracy and processed timeously
Filing of distribution documents
Accurately and timeous processing of receipts and credit notes on Syspro
Receive shipments according to Invoice / Packing List and confirm physical product and quantities
Report all discrepancies to the Warehouse and Distribution Manager
Ensure stock is receipted accurately into the correct bin location
