Our Employee Benefits / FSP client in Cape Town is looking for an experienced New Business Development Consultant with 3-4 years Employee Benefits experience.

Min Requirements
Matric and relevant University degree (advantageous)
FAIS accredited.
3-4 Years plus Employee Benefits Consulting or related Employee Benefits experience
Post EB or relevant qualification an advantage
Proficiency in Ms Excel, MS word and powerpoint
Own transport and drivers’ license
Responsibilities
Sourcing and obtaining New Business.
Comprise of servicing, advising, and managing a portfolio of clients.
Managing portfolios by using established systems and servicing protocols.
Consulting to the specific needs and requirements of these clients
Working with the local and national team in expanding the business stand alone client base and marketing its umbrella and related EB solutions to prospective employers and their employees.
