Our Retailer wholesaler client in Brackenfell Industrial /Stikland is looking for an HR Generalist with 5 years plus experience.
Salary Market related plus benefits – EE Position
Requirements
Matric and Relevant HR qualifications
5 Years HR Generalist experience and exposure from the retail wholesales arena
Manage all HR policies & procedures report to the HR Manager in Johannesburg
Manage staff in the HR department
Manage and/or oversee the attraction and recruitment of all new employees
Support delivery and development of HR policies
Work within a flat structure whilst reporting directly to the owner operator
People development and career opportunities
Learning and Development
Proven experience managing health & safety, food safety procedures, quality systems, and audits.
Excellent knowledge of H&S, act as the champion and coach
Proven people leader with effective communication and relationship skills
Passionate about continuous improvement and driving quality culture throughout the store
