Our financial services / insurance employee benefits client in Sandton Gauteng is looking for a Digital Performance Specialist with at least 5 years digital marketing and web analytics experience. You will work alongside a range of business units and media agencies to plan, monitor, and optimize our digital marketing channels and website to drive results.
Salary Negotiable plus benefits
Min Requirements
5+ years’ experience in digital marketing and web analytics
Experience of Google – Analytics, Tag Manager, Adwords and Search Console, including SEM bidding strategies
Performance Optimization – continual attention to optimising KPI’s via Google Optimize
Knowledge website UX performance, with the ability to make strategic performance recommendations
History of taking ownership and initiating improvements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
Developing and managing the website and digital channel KPI’s
Managing a CRO framework across the website and digital channels
Utilising the Google 360 suite of products to monitor results and drive performance
Monitor and enhance Interrogating performance
Instilling a performance culture across the team and wider stakeholders
