Construction Company in Bellville is looking for a Company Secretary / PA / Office Manager with at least 3-5 years’ experience.

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12, with Secretary / Office Manager experience
- Must have own reliable transport,
- Must have Construction experience
- Dealing with architects, planners, and builders
- Fluent and articulate in English and Afrikaans
- Diary planning
- Typing of letter / Contracts
- Preparing presentation folders
- Compiling of PowerPoint Presentations
- Must be able to arrange Travel Arrangements and Itineraries
- Must have Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) experience
- Do general office management of a small office
- Ordering of stationery
- Arrange meetings and set up boardroom
- General office administration; filing; faxing; making copies etc.
- Must be a highly energetic person for this small but busy office
