Job Summary
Our client in the FMCG space requires a Receptionist and Admin Clerk to join their Admin Team and support the day to day administration of their branch, based in Pyramid (north of Pretoria). Travel to Modderfontein is required up to end August 2022 after which the office will be based in Pyramid.
Requirements include:
- Matric Certificate
- Strong computer literacy skills with excellent command of MS Word and MS Excel
- Strong Organisational Skills with attention paid to detail
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans with great communication skills
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Reception duties
- Telesales
- Factory Shop transactions
- General Administration
- Communication between different departments
