Job Summary
A leading company in Economic Transformation Solutions and Skills Development programmes is looking for a Client and Administration Manager. You will be responsible for the implementation and oversight of all aspects in accordance with company objectives which include operational management and service excellence.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or equivalent
- Project Management certificate will be an advantage
- Entrepreneurship qualification will be advantageous
- Prior education in systems/technology is an added advantage
- Experience in client liaison
- Track record in customer service and business retention entrepreneurial background, having started or managed a start-up before and set operational foundations
- Operational optimisation skills with a proven record over a minimum of three years of increasing outputs and efficiencies
- Good understanding and buy-in of the shared value concept and wanting to make a positive impact through meaningful socio-economic transformation
- Proven track record in respect of leading teams
