Job Summary
6–9 years experience, expert C#, strong .NET Core, advanced Typescript, SQL mastery, enterprise-level integrations.Work on large-scale, high-impact systems with extensive architectural input, strong technical ownership, and opportunities to mentor and guide a growing development team.
1. Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
6–9 years professional Full Stack Development experience
Minimum 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
Certifications in C#, .NET, cloud, or architecture advantageous
2. Requirements
Expert-level C# development for enterprise applications
Strong .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core proficiency
Advanced Typescript (non-negotiable)
Mastery of HTML, CSS3, and responsive UI standards
Deep experience developing and scaling RESTful APIs
Proven experience leading complex system and platform integrations
Advanced SQL, query optimization, stored procedures, and database design
Strong ORM experience (Entity Framework or similar)
Advantageous:
Angular, React, or Vue.js
Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
DevOps / CI/CD exposure
Agile methodology experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior developers
3. Key Performance Areas (KPA’s)
Full Stack Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end components
Build enterprise-grade applications with strong performance and reliability
Complex Integrations & API Development
Architect and deliver secure, high-performance APIs
Lead integrations with third-party platforms, cloud services, and legacy environments
Database Development
Build and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and schemas
Ensure robust, efficient database design for high-volume environments
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor junior and mid-level developers
Participate in architectural reviews and technical design
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Code Quality, Testing & Maintenance
Lead code reviews and enforce clean code standards
Oversee unit, integration, and performance testing
Resolve advanced bugs and performance bottlenecks
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Produce high-quality technical documentation
Drive best practices and maintain engineering standards
