Education: Degree Experience: 5 years Reference: Job Description: We are on the hunt for a Software Engineer with 5 years working experience with a B.Eng, B.Sc (Eng.), or a M.Sc. (Eng.). The successful candidate will need to be an expert in C and C++ programming and in Linux. The successful candidate will need to have an interest in Hardware, Software and Firmware Development.
Duties: Hardware diagnostics, fault finding and repair Prototype Development and Construction Develop software according to the specs given. Get the specs needed then, derives the solution by analysing Intergrades the application with the hardware for testing purposes Deploys (Creating Installer) and packages the application with the documentation. Visual C++ application, develops front-end (user interface) using MFC tool the back-end uses MySQL for the database. Uses functions and Store Procedures to interact between user interface and back-end.
