BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Reception operation
• Full reception duties – Politely and efficiently answering of Switchboard, serving and attending to customers.
• Ensure Warehouse and Drivers instructions and supervision in the absence of the Sales Manager
Lead Management
• Respond to and follow up on all sales enquiries by telephone and email.
• Submit quotes in support of generating new and existing business. Administrative Duties
• Filing of customer invoices and signed delivery notes.
• Any other administrative duties assigned by the Sales Manager and Financial Accountant
MINIMUM SKILLS & KNOWEDGE REQUIRED (COMPETENCIES)
• Matric, a Business or Secretarial Qualification would be advantageous.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in the sales and administration function

• Must possess an outgoing disposition and willingness to interact with staff and customers.
• Team player that can also work independently.
• High attention to detail.
• Extremely polite with ability to handle conflict.
