Requirements: 4+ years of active Project Management experience Relevant IT Degree / Diploma Experience with working within an Agile IT environment, Scrum methodologies, scheduling and facilitating standups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives Experience developing in Agile SDLC and Scrum processes (product backlogs, user stories, task definition, task estimation, standups, sprint backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity, reviews, and retrospectives) are highly advantageous
Duties and responsibilities: Document client requirements in the form of user stories in a product backlog. Create prototypes and wireframes when needed. Ensure that all client requirements are understood by the development team. Design and document processes relating to the systems being developed. Train end-users to use new business systems, web applications and mobile applications. Assist sales staff with preparing proposals and cost estimates.
