Job Summary
To provide high-level administrative, clerical, and organizational support to the executive team (CEO, COO, CSO, and CMO), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, efficient communication, and proactive diary management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communication & Correspondence
* Monitor, screen, and manage all incoming emails for the executive team.
* Draft, proofread, and send professional email responses on their behalf.
* Prioritise urgent matters and escalate where necessary.
* Liaise with internal teams, drivers, partners, and external stakeholders.
* Diary & Schedule Management
* Maintain and update the daily, weekly, and monthly calendars for each executive.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Send reminders and prepare agendas for upcoming meetings.
* Meeting Coordination & Minutes
* Organise and prepare for meetings (virtual or in-person).
* Take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings.
* Distribute minutes promptly and follow up on action items.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant.
2. Matric (Relevant diploma or degree in administration or business advantageous. but not
perquisite)
3. Familiarity with the transport or tech sector is a plus.
