Duties:

• Maximise policy sales and increase monthly written premiums in a compliant, customer-focused manner

• Engage professionally and courteously with lead providers and customers

• Execute sales processes with skill, diligence, and integrity

• Provide or apply competitor quotes tailored to customer needs to present viable options

• Optimise leads by identifying opportunities to sell additional products

• Use effective interpersonal skills to gain acceptance of products from potential clients

• Accurately identify customer needs through targeted questions and attentive listening

• Demonstrate product benefits and address objections confidently

• Strive for continuous personal development and industry expertise

• Collaborate with team members, sharing insights to improve sales effectiveness

• Manage time efficiently and maintain high productivity when working from home

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)

• RE5 qualification

• Meet FAIS Fit and Proper requirements

• 3-5 years' call centre sales experience

• Minimum 1 year outbound call centre sales experience

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Proficient in needs analysis, customer service, and sales

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Familiarity with the following:
