We are seeking a reliable and detail orientated Broker Secretary with experience in long term insurance to join our team
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in long term insurance
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to brokers
- Prepare and manage policy documentation
- Liaise with clients and insurance providers
- Maintain accurate client records and filing systems
- Handle correspondence including emails and phone calls
- Assist with policy renewals and follow ups
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 to 17:00
Salary
- R11 000 per month negotiable based on experience
