Our client is a renowned supplier and manufacturer both locally and internationally looking to add an Administration Clerk to their Blackheath (Cape Town) team. You will need at least 1 years’ admin experience in a manufacturing environment, bring strong organisational and communication skills to the table and live in close proximity to Blackheath (Cape Town). In exchange for this, you will receive a market related salary, pension and medical aid contributions.

Non-negotiable Requirements:
Grade 12 with mathematics
Computer literacy: MS Office, ERP system (SYSPRO preferred)
1 year admin experience in manufacturing
Fully bi-lingual (English & Afrikaans)
Responsibilities:
Load jobs and prepare job packs
Manage shop floor clocking functions and time-keeping
Place and receive orders with suppliers
Arrange couriers and manage associated paperwork
Assist Sales and Production with admin
Stock takes and data capturing
Prepare management repots
Ad-hoc admin duties, e.g. e-mail, scanning, minute taking, filing
