Overview:
The incumbent will be stationed within a professional outbound and inbound call centre environment that renders financial intermediary and advisory services to clients by providing various quotations that best suits clients' needs for vehicle and household content insurance. The successful hire will be expected to generate leads by cold calling vehicle dealerships and stands (vehicle salesmen, F&I Managers, etc.), generate quotations with the various insurance companies, provide the client with suitable financial advice and realize sales targets.

Responsibilities:
To lead, manage and ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Outbound Sales Call Centre.
Implement divisional strategy, policies and procedures to achieve set goals (revenue targets), quality, and compliance, people development and performance management through innovative solutions.
Meet and exceed stipulated financial targets as they pertain to campaign under management;
Meet and exceed primary sales key performance metrics across a balanced scorecard encompassing people, process, financial and stakeholder metrics;
Management of joint business objectives in tandem with Quality, Compliance, HR, Information Technology and Client stakeholders across agreed, defined service levels;
Optimize divisional operational productivity outputs as per agreed campaign performance remediation plans;
Meet operational expenditure relative to agreed budgets;
Requirements:
Grade 12
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business or a related field advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft packages
Minimum 5 - 10 Years’ experience in Sales Environment/ Cellular Industry;
Minimum 3 - 5 Years’ experience in Leadership role;
Good commercial understanding/awareness of best practice of outbound sales.
