Job Summary
This multinational business requires a finance professional who enjoys being deeply involved in daily operations while driving financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and revenue/COGS approvals with strict accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including cash flow, Balance Sheet analysis, and key financial insights.
- Lead billing performance reviews, monitor KPIs, and conduct root-cause analysis for failures.
- Review forecasts, P&L results, and SAP uploads; prepare reforecast presentations for leadership.
- Ensure full statutory compliance, including VAT, EMP, IRP6, and other regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and support the preparation of Annual Financial Statements.
- Drive process optimization, strengthen internal controls, and enhance financial efficiencies across the organization.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Honours Degree (essential).
- Completed SAICA articles (essential).
- Minimum 5 years post-articles experience in a finance management or senior accountant role.
- Strong operational finance exposure with the ability to work hands-on across all finance functions.
- Advanced analytical ability with strong financial reporting skills.
- SAP experience highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
