Are you a commercially minded CA (SA) ready to take the lead in financial management and play a key role in strategic business decision-making? Our client is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to oversee the Group’s financial management, reporting, tax strategy, financial controls and statutory compliance within a growing, multi-branch business.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Group financial management and reporting
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
Provide strategic tax guidance and oversee SARS compliance
Manage annual financial statements and coordinate external audits
Strengthen financial controls, governance and risk management
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including CIPC and Stats SA submissions
Partner with the Managing Director and Chairman to support commercial decisions, profitability and business growth
Lead and develop the existing finance team
Minimum Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA) with completed articles
3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in a commercial environment
Strong knowledge of South African taxation and statutory compliance
Proven experience in management accounting, financial analysis and financial controls
Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
