Our client seeks a Risk Officer with 3-4 years experience to support the company’s risk management framework by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting key risks (credit/market/liquidity/operational as applicable). Ensure risk controls are effective, risk appetite is adhered to, and regulatory/internal policy requirements are met.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- 3–4 years’ experience in Risk Management, Operational Risk, Credit Risk, Internal Audit, Compliance, or similar within a financial services environment.
- Exposure to risk frameworks (risk assessments, KRIs, controls testing, governance reporting).
- Working knowledge of financial services regulations and internal control concepts.
- Professional certifications: FRM, PRM, CFA (partial), ICA, CISA, or relevant local risk/compliance qualifications.
- Experience with lending/credit lifecycle, underwriting, collections, or treasury risks (depending on business model).
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced), PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
