Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Diploma or higher qualification in Quality Management (advantageous).
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with MS Forms (advantageous).
- Experience in GreatSoft (advantageous).
- General administrative skills.
- Prior experience in an audit firm (advantageous).
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Proven ability to multi-task and solve problems.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
- Compile IRBA fee lists using GreatSoft reports and other registers.
- Support IRBA fee reconciliations.
- Assist with maintaining the audit partner Rotation Schedule.
- Maintain and update locking lists.
- Follow up on files approaching locking deadlines.
- Update various registers: Typist, Caseware, Attorneys, Claims, AUP and Valuations.
- Perform completeness checks across multiple internal registers and lists.
- Maintain the late locking register and assist with drafting late locking letters.
- Follow up on PI scores.
- Capture and maintain the Modified Reports Register.
- File and archive modified reports.
- Update the Reportable Irregularities Register and ensure required information is captured.
- Maintain the Communications Register.
- Update the Conflict Check Register.
- Update the CPD Register for relevant staff.
- Maintain Training Attendance Registers.
- Follow up on post-assessment training tasks.
- Distribute post-training assessments.
- Provide support with various training-related activities.
- Maintain additional quality department registers as required.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Quality Department and Directors.
- Manage document release for reception.
- Ensure compliance with the firm’s System of Quality Management.
- Adhere to the firm’s Employee Code of Conduct, including HR, SAICA, IRBA, and IESBA policies.
- Work independently after guidance has been provided by the Quality Department.
