Job Summary
This is a high-impact role suited to a finance professional who thrives in a multi-entity environment and enjoys operating at both strategic and operational levels. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in delivering accurate consolidated reporting, strengthening internal controls and supporting executive decision-making across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the cluster consolidation function
- Prepare and review monthly consolidated flash reports and management accounts
- Deliver quarterly audit committee reports, forecasts and annual budgets
- Ensure accurate and timeous reporting to executive and group stakeholders
- Oversee the preparation of year-end tax packs and ensure IFRS compliance
- Manage internal and external audit processes, ensuring clean audit outcomes
- Strengthen and maintain internal controls across head office and cluster entities
- Manage working capital, including intercompany balances and supplier revenue flows
- Oversee VAT and tax submissions for head office
- Identify financial risks and provide early warning insights to the CFO
- Support executive leadership with financial analysis and strategic input
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Honours Degree in Accounting (MBA advantageous)
- 4–5 years’ experience in a Financial Management role
- 1–2 years’ experience in a multi-entity consolidation environment (essential)
- Experience within the travel industry advantageous
- Strong IFRS and technical reporting knowledge
- Proven stakeholder management experience at executive level
- Strong understanding of tax, risk and working capital management
- Ability to lead, manage and develop finance team members
- Deadline-driven, resilient and detail-oriented
