Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full financial management function
- Prepare and review financial reports, management accounts, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, with specific focus on IFRS 16
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Maintain strong internal controls and support audit requirements
- Work closely with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight
- Support process improvements and hands-on finance execution
- CA(SA) or CIMA qualification
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Financial Manager role
- Strong technical reporting experience
- IFRS 16 experience is non-negotiable
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Hands-on finance management approach
- Stable career track record preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
