Job Summary
Our client based in Bedfordview is currently looking to employ a Financial Planning Partner Assistant.
Requirements:
- Qualification in investments/financial planning/business management would be an advantage.
- 2-4 years experience in a client services environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry.
- FAIS and FICA knowledge required.
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, xPlan would be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer centricity – passionate about client service.
- Excellent organizing and planning ability.
- Deadline driven.
- Relationship management skills.
- Proactive and resourceful.
- Resilient under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Methodical, accurate, and detail conscious.
- Maintains confidentiality.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Client Services:
- Capturing of client demographic data on relevant client management tools.
- Operational Support:
- Client Records
- Transition and Commission flows.
- New Business and Commission flows.
- General Office Management.
- Marketing Support:
- Regional event assistance and organization of smaller client events -booking venues, RSVP management, event management, etc. Representing the business at client events where required.
- Office Management:
- Support the Partnership Director with general office management tasks including reception, facilities, diary management, stationery management, etc.
