Job Summary
This position is ideal for a professional with sectional title and property industry experience who enjoys working with people, managing relationships, and ensuring the smooth administration of residential property portfolios.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sectional title exposure
- Property industry experience (non-negotiable)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 15 residential buildings
- Oversee the day-to-day administration and operation of each property
- Ensure the effective management of portfolio-related matters
- Maintain service excellence across all properties within the portfolio
Stakeholder Liaison
- Attend Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
- Build and maintain professional relationships with owners, trustees, and stakeholders
- Provide ongoing support, advice, and communication
- Act as a trusted point of contact for portfolio-related matters
Financial and Query Management
- Manage and resolve account-related queries
- Ensure accurate financial administration within the portfolio
- Liaise with owners and trustees regarding financial matters
- Ensure timely responses and effective problem resolution
Core Focus of the Role:
- Deliver exceptional portfolio management and client service
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Ensure efficient administration and financial oversight of managed properties
- Support the successful operation of sectional title schemes
