As the successful incumbent, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Analyse costs, variances, and operational performance.
- Ensure accurate tax, VAT, and statutory reporting.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and maintain robust financial controls.
- Partner with operational teams to drive profitability and business performance.
- Support strategic decision-making through meaningful financial insights and analysis.
- BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles.
- Minimum 3-5 years post-article experience.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, costing, and business performance analysis.
- Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
