Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
- Maintain and reconcile cashbooks and perform bank reconciliations
- Process supplier invoices and perform local and foreign reconciliations
- Handle GRNs, stock adjustments and inventory reconciliations
- Perform product costings and assist with stock reporting
- Process journals and assist with month-end close
- Support management reporting and financial accuracy
- Ensure all financial records are complete, accurate and compliant
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Matric with Accounting and Mathematics (minimum 60%)
- Minimum 3+ years in one role (stable track record essential)
- Strong stock / inventory experience (non-negotiable)
- Strong Excel skills
- SAP experience advantageous
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Fast learner with a clear desire to grow into an Accountant role
- Reliable, consistent and comfortable in a structured environment
