- Being the finance partner who operations call first when something needs fixing.
- Improving processes, streamlining workflows and using data to drive change.
- Leading or supporting a small but capable finance team.
What I’m Looking For in You:
- BCom Accounting/Finance qualification (essential).
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant performing similar duties.
- Strong reporting, technical accounting and operational finance exposure.
- Skilled in Excel and comfortable with modern ERP systems.
- A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
- Confident communicator who can partner with leadership and influence outcomes.
- Someone who wants their work to make an impact; not just sit in a report.
