Company and Job Description:A well-established manufacturing head office, based in Johannesburg, is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for core financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, and supporting business decision-making in a high-volume environment. If you enjoy adding commercial value beyond the numbers, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Annual financial statements
- VAT and tax compliance
- Journals and reconciliations
- Income statements
- Balance sheets
- BCom Accounting
- SAICA / SAIPA articles
- 3–5 years’ post-articles experience (essential)
- Manufacturing industry experience (Head Office environment preferred)
