Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes.
- Analyse costs, margins, variances, and overall business performance.
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to provide actionable financial insights.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Monitor inventory controls, working capital performance, and costing initiatives.
- Support process improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational and financial efficiencies.
Requirements
- BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles.
- Minimum 3-5 years post-article experience.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, costing, inventory accounting, and business performance analysis.
- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, distribution, or supply chain environments will be advantageous.
