Company and Job Description:We're partnering with an industry leader in the music copyright space, where finance meets creativity, and every number plays a part in ensuring artists get paid what they're worth. The Financial Accountant, will be the financial heartbeat of the business, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, reconciliations, and financial controls while supporting a dynamic and evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Managing general ledger reconciliations and balance sheet reviews
- Overseeing month-end and year-end processes
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
- BCom Accounting
- Minimum 2-4 years experience
- Sage Cloud
- Experience in the music copyright industry
