Job & Company Description:
As the
Life Cycle Services Lead, you will be responsible for defining and executing the life‑cycle support strategy for modular process plants post‑commissioning. The role focuses on ensuring sustained plant uptime, safety, and reliability through structured spares supply, maintenance coordination, warranty management, remote condition monitoring, and asset performance optimisation.
You will lead the setup of systems, processes, and teams to support spares fulfilment, field service delivery, and condition monitoring, while working closely with engineering, projects, sales, and customers. This role offers the opportunity to build and scale a high‑impact service function that directly contributes to recurring revenue growth, customer retention, and reduced client total cost of ownership (TCO).
Education:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Technical, or a related discipline
- Additional qualifications in operations, reliability, maintenance, or commercial management will be advantageous
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 4
years’ experience in life‑cycle services, aftermarket, engineering services, or asset management
- Proven experience in
spares supply, maintenance support, or service operations within an engineering or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of
asset availability, plant uptime, and reliability performance metrics- Experience building and managing
service catalogues, SOPs, KPIs, and RACI structures- Solid exposure to
spares procurement, inventory optimisation, fulfilment, and ERP systems- Ability to coordinate
field service teams, OEM repairs, and warranty processes- Experience with
condition monitoring, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives- Strong customer engagement capability, including
QBRs, escalations, and relationship management- Commercial acumen with a focus on
recurring revenue growth and service enablement- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional communication skills
