Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
? Take responsibility for the technical and operational requirements within the workshop.
? Management of workshop employees, safety, overall workshop and reporting
? Managing sub-ordinates
? Daily updating of workshop program
? Attend daily workshop feedback meeting
? Production planning and completion of repairs within reasonable time frame
? Vehicle inspection and quality inspections after repair
? Training of your team
? Tool inspections
? Feedback to sales executives and clients when required
? Non-conformance handling
? Compliance with existing company procedures
? Communicating with other departments, team leaders
Desired Experience & Qualification
? Minimum 3 years' experience in foreman position or similar middle management position
? Technical trade qualification
? Previous maintenance & workshop management experience
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Good Management Skills
? Grade 12
? Good people skills
? Attention to detail
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
