Job Summary
Freedom Won has an opportunity for a Warehouse Manager, to supervise the receipt, dispatching and storage of merchandise
in our warehouse. To oversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation and administrative
functions. As well as ensuring the maintenance of company assets.
The successful incumbent should be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, innovative dynamic environment, and perform
duties in a manner that maximises profits. Possessing strong leadership skills and dedicated to any task at hand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Implement and oversee security operations.
• Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Ensuring staff safety.
• Motivating and disciplining staff.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Manage warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision.
• Ensure goods are picked and packed per customer requirements.
• Oversee warehousing and distribution.
• Report on procedures and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, internal and external clients).
• Implement and maintain minimum stock holding levels.
• Ensure stock movement is maintained on the applicable system.
• Regular documented stock takes.
• Follow any instruction given.
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years proven working experience as Warehouse Manager.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of stock on hand.
• Forklift license.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Available to work extended hours
