• Assist customers with regards to product queries/quotes
• Capture all orders onto the system
• Complete the back-order database and keep it up to date
• Create warehouse shipment picking slips
• Print invoices as required
• Handling of telephone and emails professionally
• Accurate check and capture sales orders
• Liaise with creditors department when accounts on hold
• Print invoices as required
• Liaise with Creditor’s department when accounts are on hold or credit limits are exceeded
• Pro-forma and commercial invoices
• Liaise with the Warehouse with regards to any deliveries
• Maintain accurate administrative processes
• Ensure your knowledge of the relevant Acts and Regulations are updated accordingly
• Communicate with all customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Receive all customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Give accurate feedback to sales team and clients
• Assisting Sales Teams with Quotes when necessary within 24hrs
• Handling of backorders, and ensure its kept to a minimum
Team Leader Functions
• Support team members who experience work related challenges..
• Support and delegate workload of team members as required
• Be the first point of contact between other departments and Customer Service Medical.
• Overlook the efficiency and accuracy of work for the team
• Ensure accurate figures and all orders delivered are invoice before the end of each month.
EDUCATION
- Matric
- Plus relevant Tertiary qualification/certification advantageous
Related Experience
- Minimum 3yrs experience as a team leader in a similar position
