In this position, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development and maintaining key client accounts. You will engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored fabrication solutions, working closely with internal engineering and production teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Education:
- Relevant qualification in Sales, Engineering, or similar (advantageous)
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in external sales within the manufacturing or fabrication industry
- Proven experience in selling precision sheet metal, stainless steel tube products, or related fabrication services
- Strong technical understanding of fabrication processes and materials
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and client specifications
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
- Experience with quoting, costing, and managing project-based sales cycles
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
