Education:
- BEng/BSc Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant engineering and manufacturing certifications will be advantageous.
- GCC Factories will be advantageous.
- 8+ years' experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in production line optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong mechanical process design experience.
- Exposure to food manufacturing or FMCG environments.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems.
- Experience with CAPEX projects, plant upgrades, and process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
