Job Summary
Qualifications:
- University Undergraduate Degree or Diploma of any background.
- Advantageous: 1-2 years' work experience.
Skills:
- High level of organisational skills.
- Great attention to detail and admin oriented.
- Patient and persistent to see a task through completion.
- Analytical and technical.
Responsibilities:
- Support the VAT team with daily and weekly administrative duties.
- Assist with the preparation and review of VAT returns.
- Monitor deadlines to ensure timely submission of VAT returns and related reports.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative and compliance tasks as required.
- Obtain outstanding supporting documents from suppliers timeously and liasing with the tax team to ensure accurate record keeping on system.
- Learn and become familiar with international VAT rules and keep up to date with any changes in legislation.
