Technical Degree in mechanical, Industrial, Hydraulic, Pneumatic Education
Minimum of 5 years of experience mechanical troubleshooting and repair
A minimum of two (2) years industrial maintenance experience, preferably within a fast-paced, production-driven environment
2 - 3 years’ experience working with plant production and maintenance
Experience trouble shooting and repairing Hydraulic systems
Using welding machine
Be able to work in a heavy industrial environment, exposed to weather elements, some noise
Ability to read design drawings is required.
Ability to work shift work (including 12-hour shifts) and overtime.
Duties & Responsibilities
Diagnose malfunctions in rock plant and/or batch plant equipment
Knowledge of mechanical moving parts (chains, bearings, and rollers)
Day-to-day inspections and maintenance of plant Equipment.
Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment.
Must be able to use hand tools daily such as power tools (hand grinders, saws, impact wrenches, drill press, and hydraulic pullers, welding machines)
Ability to recognize safety hazards, develop solutions, then follow up to make sure hazards are addressed
Assembles, installs, adjusts, repairs, and maintains complex or specialized machinery, equipment, such as Belt Conveyor, Shredder, replace bearings, impellers, etc.
Follow Company and Governmental Safety and Environmental regulations
Performs preventative maintenance on all minor and major pieces of equipment related to production/facilities
Inspections on safety equipment
Maintain inventory of spare parts and consumable parts for equipment
Identify existing and potential operational problems and efficiencies
